ALVIN VICENTE SENECA
Born to a humble family in South Cotabato, Alvin V. Seneca Sr. is a self-made entrepreneur known for his direct, results-oriented work discipline. He began his professional career working on construction sites while supporting his initial studies in Nursing. This early exposure shaped his lasting interest in the construction industry and sharpened his aptitude for practical problem-solving. He later moved to Manila to pursue a formal degree in Architecture.
Alvin demonstrated early leadership through active involvement in the United Architects of the Philippines – Students’ Auxiliary, where he eventually served as its National President in 2001.
In 2002, he founded AVSeneca Construction Corporation (AVSCC), which has since grown into a competitive firm serving a diverse clientele, including high-end resort developments and national-scale projects. More than two decades later, Alvin continues to lead the company with a hands-on, results-driven approach grounded in integrity, accountability, and resilience.
Under his leadership, AVSCC is guided by the values of passion, results orientation, opportunity, justice, excellence, teamwork, and safety; consistently delivering well-executed projects at reasonable cost.
