ALVIN VICENTE SENECA, SR.
Born in 1972 to a humble family as the eighth of nine children, Alvin began his professional career working on construction sites to support his studies. This early exposure sharpened practical problem-solving skills and shaped his long-standing interest in the construction industry. Alvin earned his degree in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and he was actively involved in the United Architects of the Philippines – Students’ Auxiliary, where he later served as its National President in 2001.
In 2002, Alvin founded AVSeneca Construction Corporation (AVSCC). Following his professional training with the Tao Community of Companies and the Asian Institute of Management, he steadily built AVSCC into a competitive construction firm serving diverse clientele, including high-end resort developments and national-scale projects.
More than two decades later, he continues to lead the company with a hands-on, results-driven approach grounded in integrity, accountability, and resilience. Under his leadership, AVSCC, guided by the values of passion, results orientation, opportunity, justice, excellence, community, teamwork, and safety, consistently delivers well-executed projects at reasonable cost.
